Antioxidants in Pill Form

Broccoli and oranges can give you vitamin C, while dark red berries are rich in a multitude of antioxidants. Carrots , sweet potatoes, red peppers, squash and mangoes will give you beta carotene. Selenium can be acquired through Brazil nuts, brewer’s yeast, sunflower seeds and lentils. Zinc can be obtained through brewer’s yeast as well, along with pecans, wheat bran and shell fish.
